Enlawyer Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Grandall Law Firm

Enlawyer is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with Grandall Law Firm, one of China's leading full-service law firms.
Founded in 1998, Grandall has grown into one of the largest legal practices in China, bringing together more than 700 partners and a combined workforce of over 5,000 professionals across 39 offices, including its office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, established in 2025. The firm is recognised for its work in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment, capital markets, infrastructure, energy, and dispute resolution, and is ranked by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and other international legal directories.

The Memorandum establishes a long-term framework for cooperation aimed at strengthening legal ties between Uzbekistan and China. Working together, the two firms will support cross-border investment projects, advise Chinese businesses investing in Uzbekistan and Uzbek companies expanding into China, and facilitate the exchange of legal expertise across both markets.

For Enlawyer, the partnership advances the firm's cross-border practice and its capacity to serve clients operating between the two jurisdictions.
