Ikrom Saipov is a lawyer specializing in legal expertise of complex international legal documents and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience in investment law, energy, and infrastructure, as well as in regulatory matters of business activities.
From 2018 to 2026, he served as Deputy Head of the International Legal Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing legal support for international cooperation, investment projects and international agreements.

- He participated in the development of the regulatory framework for the establishment of the Tashkent International Financial Centre (TIFC) and the Tashkent International Commercial Court, and coordinated projects involving the ADB, World Bank, EBRD, UNDP and IDLO.
- His experience includes legal support for investment agreements and public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as projects on commercial mediation, free legal aid and improvement of public services.
- Previously, he advised commercial companies on corporate, contractual, employment, tax and civil law matters, and provided legal support for commercial transactions and interaction with government authorities.
