Salamatdin Kabulov is a Counsel in the Commercial and Corporate Practice.
He specializes in legal advisory services for foreign investors in Uzbekistan, particularly in the fields of tourism and hospitality, construction and real estate, and provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, corporate, labor, land, antimonopoly issues, as well as dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Enlawyer, Salamatdin worked as Chief Legal Counsel for the international tourism project Silk Road Samarkand, as a Regional Legal Counsel at the Tashkent office of the international law firm Yoon & Yang LLC, and as a Trainee at the international consulting firm Ernst & Young (Big Four).

- Advising SAMSUNG ENGINEERING in connection with the implementation of EPC projects in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
- Advising an IT company during due diligence related to raising investment from an investment fund, including:
- drafting license agreements, public offers, and legal documentation for intellectual property protection
- conducting corporate legal due diligence and restructuring of affiliated legal entities to protect shareholders’ interests and ensure compliance with Uzbek legislation
- drafting employment contracts with staff and key employees, and preparing non-disclosure and non-compete agreements with employees and counterparties
- developing internal company policies (confidentiality, personal data protection, compensation policies, etc.)
- Advising and representing the interests of the Uzbek–Korean joint construction enterprise “JISONG KOREA INDUSTRIAL” in an investment dispute with the Tashkent City Hokimiyat related to the unlawful cancellation of a decision granting the Korean company a land plot for permanent use
